What do we do?

Based in Grafton, we offer a comprehensive book-keeping service to businesses and organisations in the areas between Coffs Harbour to Ballina, Lismore, and Casino.

We are happy to use Xero, Reckon, QuickBooks Online or Freshbooks systems.

We work from our home but will visit you for meetings as required.  We particularly like to see you in your workplace as that helps us get a feel for your business - we believe that is important.

"No-surprise" Pricing

Once we understand your business, we can generally offer a set price per month or quarter, so you get no surprises with our bills.  Our package prices will include useful reports for you, so you get more  value from your books than simply compliance with tax laws.

We are legit!

Steve is a Registered BAS Agent and, as such, we have appropriate insurance, training and Quality Management Systems in place.

Yep, this- website is basic:  We're book-keepers, not web builders!  It's purpose is just to introduce ourselves and to give you our contact details.

We're a husband and wife time:  Steve has been an accountant for almost forty years and is a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants.  Marg has extensive customer service experience and has helped Steve with his accounting and book-keeping for years.

Our passion is helping small businesses flourish by freeing you - small business owners - of the headache of paperwork.  Book-keeping is what we do, so we can do it pretty efficiently - probably much more efficiently than you can.  By engaging us to look after your book-keeping you can spend more of your time earning money.  Or you can put your feet up for a bit, go fishing, play golf, whatever you like...

We can help you choose an accounting system that best meets your needs, or work with the system you have.  We can also set up your system from scratch or fine tune what you already have.
